About The Position
Leads clients and laboratory department staff with development, implementing, maintaining, and upgrading laboratory interfaces through to the client's Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Identifies and resolves deficiencies and production issues alongside technical (IT) teams. Assists in evaluating clinical operations and workflow, addressing needs of individual offices and other health care facilities.
