About The Position

The Electronic Industrial Maintenance Supervisor performs preventive and corrective maintenance activities, monitoring equipment, PLC, HMI, VFD, electric motors, and being able to create and execute continuous improvement actions. DESCRIPTION: Coordinate maintenance activities for electrical systems, including PLCs, HMIs, sensors, drives, and industrial control systems. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex electrical problems in industrial machinery and control systems. Install, test, and maintain electrical equipment, including motors, PLCs, sensors, circuit breakers, relays, and control panels. Handling of PLC programming systems, SIEMENS, ALLEN BARDLEY, YASKAWA (Aunt Portal, Starter, RsLogix, Migrologix500-5000) Maintain accurate communication with your team about assigned activities. Interpret and review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with electrical codes, company policies, and safety standards (NFPA 70E, NEC, OSHA) Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, and electrical maintenance in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) the Company's Facility equipment. Supervision and analysis of Oil Tests, in conjunction with the industrial maintenance department. Review and coordination of used oil waste with the Industrial Maintenance Department. Communicate regularly with internal teams (production, quality, inventory) regarding material availability. Help find alternative suppliers for out-of-stock or delayed items. Prepare and analyze purchase reports and requisitions as directed by the Purchasing department. Support invoice reconciliation and resolution of billing discrepancies with accounts payable. Require compliance with company policies and procedures from the purchasing department in all procurement activities. Coordination and documentation of production waste extraction (contaminated water, garbage generated by production Gates 42, 43 and 48) Review and approval of company service invoices (contaminated water, waste, gas, external maintenance)

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or technical certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, Automation, or a related field (required)
  • Over 5 years of experience in electronic maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Hands-on experience with PLCs (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Yaskawa), HMI, VFD, and industrial sensors
  • Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for electrical and electronic systems.
  • Working under pressure.
  • Working knowledge of industrial automation, controls, and safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E)
  • Competent in reading technical manuals, electrical diagrams and drawings.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CMMS platforms, SCADA systems)
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout the manufacturing facility.
  • Manual dexterity for handling electronic components and tools
  • Occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
  • Work in areas with exposure to electrical equipment, noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed
