Established in 1980, the Greater Lawrence Family Health Center, Inc. (GLFHC) is a multi-site, mission-driven, non-profit organization employing over 700 staff whose primary focus is providing the highest quality patient care to a culturally diverse population throughout the Merrimack Valley. Nationally recognized as a leader in community medicine (family practice, pediatrics, internal medicine, and geriatrics), GLFHC has clinical sites in Lawrence, Methuen, and Haverhill and is the sponsoring organization for the Lawrence Family Medicine Residency program. GLFHC is currently seeking an Electronic Health Record Educator to join our Information Systems Team. The EHR (Electronic Health Record) Educator is responsible for designing, maintaining, and delivering comprehensive training materials to support the effective use of electronic health record systems. This role includes providing onsite user support to address immediate needs, ensure smooth system adoption, and enhance user confidence. The EHR Educator develops instructional content, facilitates training sessions for diverse user groups, and assesses learning outcomes to promote optimal utilization of EHR technology. Collaboration with clinical, operational, technical, and administrative teams is essential to identify training needs, enhance user proficiency, and contribute to the continuous improvement of healthcare workflows.
