What You’ll Do: As our Electronic Financial Services Representative, you’ll support members through digital channels, helping them build financial confidence, access the right products, and successfully navigate their financial journey. The Details: Location: Lacey, WA Pay Range: The range for this position is $24.87-$37.31 per hour with a target range of $24.87-$31.09 per hour, depending on relevant experience and qualifications. Build relationships using a needs-based, inquisitive approach. Open consumer accounts and complete financial transactions accurately. Engage members in conversations about consumer lending products (personal loans, auto loans, credit cards). Take loan applications, support the loan process, and complete loan signings. Partner with internal teams to support member success. Assist with account research, issue resolution, and life-event support with empathy and professionalism. Requirements

  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have at least 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Must be able to pass a background and credit check.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and electronic communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and make thoughtful product recommendations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and related software.
  • Willing to obtain a notary license within 6 months.

Nice To Haves

  • At least one year of experience as an MSR I/MSR II is preferred.
  • Previous experience with Symitar and LoansPQ is preferred.
  • Experience supporting members in a digital or virtual environment is preferred.
