  • Monitor and maintain the electronic error database across all relevant projects.
  • Generate, manage, and track errors and change requests from creation to approval.
  • Centralize and prioritize errors identified during different test phases.
  • Analyze issues and assign them to the correct technical owners or departments.
  • Manage external complaints and coordinate responses between R&D and Quality teams.
  • Produce error status reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track the evolution of each project.
  • Support project control using VW internal databases and systems.
  • Generate graphical reports (error trends, closure rates) to monitor project progress.
  • Compile and report technical requirements from various departments and functions.
  • Facilitate internal meetings between R&D, Quality, and Integration teams to accelerate issue resolution.
  • Ensure consistent communication and documentation across all project stakeholders.
  • Utilize internal VW Group tools such as KPM, TicketWizard, te.VBV, and Business Objects.
  • Work with Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar technical field.
  • Between 1 and 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in R&D, quality, or vehicle integration.
  • High level of English (mandatory).
  • Desirable knowledge of Spanish.
  • Knowledge of automotive electronic systems and diagnostic processes.
  • Experience with KPM and TicketWizard tools (preferred).
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access).
  • Experience in a cross-functional, international environment.
