Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree a plus
• Strong proficiency in writing SQL queries for Microsoft SQL Server
• Highly analytical, detail‑oriented thinker with a passion for solving complex problems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset

Nice To Haves

• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus
• Understanding of ANSI 270/271 transactions is a plus
• Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports that fuel mission‑critical eligibility workflows
• Research, establish, and maintain eligibility connections that enhance our platform’s intelligence
• Analyze large datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities that improve product performance and customer outcomes
• Collaborate closely with other analysts to build and document standards, best practices, and advanced tooling approaches
• Contribute your ideas, curiosity, and analytical strength to a team focused on innovation and continuous improvement
