The primary responsibility of this position is to define and perform in-depth analytical systems development tasks to improve the quality of information and service to functional business units. Responsibilities include test planning, testing, documentation, training, and customer support. The role involves monitoring the status of inbound and outbound EDI transmissions to ensure that transactions are successfully received and/or sent. The individual will work with IT partners and business development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and create technical scope documents that support business needs. Active participation in project meetings and requirements gathering sessions is expected. The position also requires coordination, production, and distribution of business documents such as reports and system/process documentation. Knowledge of programming principles and the I-series platform is essential.
