About The Position
The position involves defining and performing in-depth analytical systems development tasks to enhance the quality of information and service to functional business units. Responsibilities include test planning, testing, documentation, training, and customer support, as well as monitoring the status of inbound and outbound EDI transmissions to ensure successful transactions. The role requires collaboration with IT partners and business development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, actively participating in project meetings for requirements gathering. Additionally, the position involves coordinating, producing, and distributing business documents such as reports and system documentation, while possessing knowledge of programming principles and the I-series platform.
