Responsibilities
- Design Owner of products
- Strong collaboration with suppliers through potential Development Agreements
- Quality leadership through PPAP and overall APQP rigor
- Current Product Improvements through feedback from the field
- Collaborate with machine businesses NPI & NTI product programs and their respected design groups
- Identify and work with other Caterpillar subject matter experts on aspects of design
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Effective communication skills
- Technical excellence in engineering concepts
- Project management skills
- Product design capabilities
- Reliability management experience
