Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customers through email and live chat as the main form of communication

  • Provide service information and pricing digitally
  • Route inquiries to the appropriate team members
  • Communicate with technicians and office staff through internal systems
  • Occasionally assist with phone calls when needed
