The Electronic Banking Specialist is responsible for providing a full range of professional, technical, and general support to customers and Bank personnel. This includes performing customer setups, maintaining customer files, responding to telephone and e-mail inquiries, monitoring product usage and system operation, and resolving problems within given authority. The role involves assisting in maintaining the Retail and Business Internet Banking Systems, processing qualifying accounts, and providing technical support for both internal and external customers. Additionally, the specialist will handle ACH operations, prepare Treasury Management documents, support the Voice Access system, process merchant deposits, and manage the Checkfree system. The position also requires adherence to all State and Federal Banking regulations.
