About The Position

The Electronic Banking Client Service Officer is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by addressing inbound inquiries related to electronic banking services. This role involves supporting clients with various banking needs, including Treasury Management products, and assisting with technical issues. The position is hybrid eligible, allowing for flexibility in work location across several states.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years' experience in the financial services industry or a combination of relevant experience.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
  • Strong commitment to customer service.
  • Ability to communicate and cooperate in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with good judgment and flexibility.
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Initiative to solve client issues, utilizing vendors and manuals.
  • Skilled in operation of a personal computer and mobile devices.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and resolve inbound customer calls, emails, and online banking messages regarding electronic banking needs.
  • Respond to heavy call volumes, addressing all customer needs or issues.
  • Assist clients with online banking needs including Treasury Management product support.
  • Help clients process ACH transactions, Wires, P2P payments, Bill Payment, Positive Pay, Remote Deposits, Debit Card Inquiries, and Transaction Disputes.
  • Address various system technical issues as they arise.
  • Provide operational support to lobby and bank staff with online banking functions.
