Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience, or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
• 3+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment using hand tools, performing assembly and/or repair work.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• A J-STD-001 solder certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform multiple tasks on assigned team, project or functional area.
• Conduct non-routine and non-repetitive production electronic, mechanical, electromechanical assembly.
• Perform quality assurance and reliability testing following established methods and procedures.
• Manage production scheduling and control.
• Coordinate, plan and expedite the flow of material, parts and assemblies.
• Monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.
• Provide training to less experienced team members.
• Participate in program or functional team projects developing process improvement methods, solutions and procedures.
