Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly.
Must have knowledge of IPC 610/620 and J-STD-001 standards (certification preferred).
Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to use tools such as soldering irons and pliers.
Ability to read blueprints, follow written and verbal instructions, and measure accurately.
Must be able to distinguish colors for wiring and coding.
Basic computer skills and commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production documentation to complete assigned assemblies.
Perform assembly tasks such as labeling, soldering, wire cutting, crimping, harnessing, potting, and continuity testing.
Build and assemble cables, circuit boards, and harness boards using hand tools and microscopes.
Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with production standards and QMS procedures.
Support special projects, kitting, and documentation updates as needed.
Maintain attention to detail and complete work accurately and efficiently.
