About The Position

The Electronic Assembler will be performing all assembly type functions using battery/pneumatic hand tools.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years assembly experience (electronic assembly preferred)
• Has rudimentary mechanical ability and understanding.
• Experience using small hand tools.
• Knowledge of basic computer programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to read and understand drawings.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced high volume production environment under tight time constraints.
• Must possess an understanding of production procedures.
• Must adhere to health and safety regulations (consistent use of P.P.E)
• High level of attention to detail
• Must have excellent time management skills and work ethic.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Working with electronics
• Reading and understanding basic blueprint drawings.
• Maintain accurate job records using department databases.
• Willingness to adapt to fast paced environment with changing priorities.
• Follow all safety rules and quality standards including all company policies and procedures.
• Perform job assignments in a safe and productive manner while maintaining high quality levels.
• Adhere to standardized work practices in a continuous improvement environment.
• Keep work areas clean and organized while taking care of all equipment and facilities.
• Other duties as assigned.
