The Electronic Access Control Technician is responsible for the installation of various electronic access control devices and electro-mechanical hardware for Liberty University. Working independently and able to exercise good judgment and discretion is essential to this job. The role involves familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the electronic access control and electro-mechanical trade, and requires following instructions from the Access Control Supervisor for system installations. The technician will install, service, and repair various electronic access control components, interpret and maintain control panels, card access openings, and electro-mechanical hardware, and troubleshoot RS2 related products across all Liberty properties.
