Requirements

  • Basic experience or technical training in electrical and mechanical maintenance
  • Familiarity with industrial tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • The ability to read schematics or technical documentation
  • A desire to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems
  • Diagnosing and repairing motors, drives, relays, sensors, and controllers
  • Reading and interpreting schematics, wiring diagrams, and manuals
  • Performing preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Supporting production operations and equipment efficiency
  • Following all safety protocols and contributing to a safe work environment
