Requirements
- Basic experience or technical training in electrical and mechanical maintenance
- Familiarity with industrial tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- The ability to read schematics or technical documentation
- A desire to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems
- Diagnosing and repairing motors, drives, relays, sensors, and controllers
- Reading and interpreting schematics, wiring diagrams, and manuals
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance
- Supporting production operations and equipment efficiency
- Following all safety protocols and contributing to a safe work environment
