Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills for data entry; ERP familiarity (Epicor a plus).
• Clear, careful reading and math skills; can follow written and verbal instructions.
• Self-starter who also collaborates well with others.
• Physical capability Lift up to 50 lbs; frequent bending/stooping.
• Walk long distances repeatedly; stand/walk 8+ hours per day.
• Climb step stools/small ladders as needed.
• Perform repetitive fine-motor hand tasks.

Nice To Haves

• Assembly team experience (1 year preferred).
• ERP familiarity (Epicor a plus).

Responsibilities

• Assemble and secure mechanical subassemblies; check each connection for correct fit before moving on.
• Label, package, and palletize completed products for shipment.
• Perform material handling and maintain accurate records in ERP (Epicor preferred) and on process paperwork.
• Keep your station audit-ready by practicing 5S: sweep floors, clean equipment, and remove stray parts.
• Track supply levels, anticipate needs, place/expedite replenishment orders, and verify receipts.
• Inspect work, support packaging, and complete production documentation.
• Share priorities, progress, and results with leadership; support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Pitch in on related duties and projects as the team requires.
