Role and responsibilities As an Electromechanical Engineer you will assemble, integrate and qualify electronic and mechanical assemblies in accordance with established specifications and ASML (quality) guidelines. Own execution of the operational processes / activities in order to ensure on-time manufacturing and delivery of ASML products that meet the customer’s expectations. Acts as a content expert to team members and other colleagues/ stakeholders on problem analyses and solutions. Create, update and modify technical drawings for the electromechanical assembly utilizing ASML CAD tools and software. Perform technical tasks following standard procedures, guidelines, and quality standards; promote quality awareness within the team. Stays current with developments in your field, identify knowledge gaps, and share relevant product/process information with colleagues. Receive, inspect, store, and distribute materials, tools, and ASML products; monitor quality throughout the build process and resolve non-routine customer queries. Assist in introducing and validating new products/processes in production and logistics; provide feedback for practical improvements. Plan, monitor, and execute manufacturing activities; troubleshoot technical issues and support prioritization and planning within established procedures. Enforce safety and quality standards, conduct checks, report defects, and act as a role model for HS&E practices. Identify and implement process optimizations to enhance product and operational performance. Accurately record material and equipment transactions; prepare and deliver reports to internal and external stakeholders. Assist less experienced colleagues, monitor team progress, and ensure compliance with organizational standards. Use NX, Expedition, and Capital to design, repair and troubleshoot manufacturing electromechanical tool assemblies. Perform other duties as assigned.
