About The Position

Lockheed Martin MFC is looking for an Electro-Mechanical Engineer to support the Dallas, TX location. This candidate will be required to design/revise rack-based test equipment and associated cables and tooling. The position will involve preparing and editing detailed production-level drawings in CREO. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. The candidate will be expected to provide weekly status on progress and proactively communicate issues to direct leadership. Lockheed Martin is an equal opportunity employer. Ability to work remotely Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Requirements

  • Has a Mechanical Engineering or related college degree.
  • Familiar with CREO or equivalent CAD modeling software experience.
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (mechanical engineering and test engineering groups).
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must be able to obtain a security clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with technical drawings is preferred.
  • Experience with Electrical Schematic interpretation experience.
  • Zuken software experience.
  • Windchill Product data management experience.
  • Experience with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing experience).
  • Experience with hardware integration, working with cables/harness/wiring, etc.
