Partner with the best As a Electromechanical Assembly Technician – Rotating Equipment you will develop and deliver programs to train and ensure competency of channel personnel, Baker Hughes employees, and customers (end users) on the assembly, testing and servicing of Flow Control & Safety Solutions products.

Requirements

  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
  • Attention to detail and diligence with an eye for quality
  • Hold a valid Passport and the ability to travel internationally
  • Have good interpersonal skills, inclusive working style and able to effectively communicate
  • Have a High School Diploma, GED or Vocational qualification in a mechanical or electrical discipline
  • Have experience in mechanical assembly with basic electrical experience and training

Responsibilities

  • Rotors - Assembly of the excitation lead into the rotor; installation, brazing of the winding, 1st pressing; wedging, 2nd pressing, insulating cover under the hoop, installation of hoops, rotor repairs - service orders, production of connections for the DAX stator, insulating the exciter rotors before winding, installation of the exciter rotors, soldering of exciters, exciter bandage ;
  • Stators - phase marking, pre-assembly of brackets, coil insertion, wedging, side wedging, soldering - autogenous, soldering - induction, insulation, assembly of connections, production of Teflon hoses, RTD elements, winding of exciters, sealing of Hawke bushings , assembly of phase and neutral boxes, electrical installation, assembly of outlet cables;
  • Packaging and shipping of goods in accordance with specified requirements.
  • Sorting products according to various parameters (weight, dimensions, color, content, etc.).
  • Marking goods with production numbers, various labels and stickers.
  • Folding and storing various packaging materials (boxes, crates, nets, bags, pallets, etc.).
  • Operation and basic maintenance of packaging machines/lines
  • You will also conduct required audits and provide product and quality system support for channel partners globally.
