Raytheon Electrical Engineering is seeking a talented electrical engineering student to intern with our Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) engineering team in Tucson, AZ. E3 Engineers are responsible for ensuring that Raytheon products meet or exceed all electromagnetic interference (EMI) /electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) requirements. Strong candidates should possess a strong electrical engineering foundation and have an interest in EMI / EMC. This intern position will work with experienced E3 engineers to support important Programs. There will be time spent performing hands-on EMI testing in the lab, and there will be time supporting design analysis and reporting. This intern position may have the opportunity to learn about design and verification analysis of EMI/EMC, Electrostatic Discharge (ESD), Hazards of Electromagnetic Radiation, Lightning, EMP and High Altitude EMP, Shielding effectiveness and ESD. This position can be a Junior, Senior, or Post Graduate Technical Intern based on the candidate's qualifications and standing as outlined below: This position is an onsite role, located in Tucson, AZ.
