Electrolyzer Test Technician is responsible for executing electrolyzer test plans, including participating in test planning, fabrication and assembly of cells and stacks, operating test stations, completing data and postmortem analysis, and reporting test results and conclusions. Other responsibilities include supporting research and development testing and analysis activities ranging from analytical and lab scale testing to electrolyzer stack assembly and postmortem analysis. This is an opportunity to be very hands-on in a startup R&D test environment and collaborate with a diverse team of talented and passionate engineers and scientists with a common goal of decarbonizing heavy industry. This is a full-time position. Advanced Ionics office hours are 6:30am - 6:30pm, with core hours being 8am – 4pm Monday through Friday. Your work schedule will generally be within normal business hours. Occasionally, there will be requests to work outside of normal business hours for special events. In those instances, a notice will be sent as early as possible. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required.
