About The Position

This leader is responsible for performing the duties of Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) coordination while having oversight and supervising the daily activities of Electroconvulsive Therapy program and staff. This role involves coordinating a multidisciplinary team, ensuring adherence to protocols, and facilitating patient care, and plays a key role in patient education, family communication, and quality improvement initiatives. In this role, the leader sets the tone and models positive leadership behavior, while ensuring individual and team work tasks, projects, and responsibilities are completed successfully in support of departmental and organizational goals.

Requirements

• Require a minimum of three (3) years of clinical nursing experience in a psychiatric, medical or PACU setting.
• Require current Level 2 ACHA ground clearance.
• Require Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications. The ACLS can be obtained within ninety (90) days of hire.
