Lockheed Martin Space is seeking an Electro-Optical MBSE Systems Engineer to join our team in Louisville, CO ! The MBSE Systems Engineer is responsible for end to end creation, maintenance, and governance of Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) models for Electro-Optical designs across the full product lifecycle, from concept through deployment. Leveraging the CAMEO Suite, you will define system architecture, interfaces, and requirements, and will rigorously manage and trace all interface definitions and requirement relationships to ensure consistency, completeness, and visibility for all stakeholders in a rapid change environment. Model data will be translated into clear, actionable artifacts—such as Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and diagrams—that become the primary communication tools for cross functional teams. The role requires close collaboration with engineers, program managers, and subject matter experts to gather accurate information, populate the model, and validate its fidelity, as well as providing training, mentorship, and best practice guidance to team members on model usage and data entry. By integrating MBSE outputs into daily workflows, the MBSE Model Lead will underpin robust system design, enable effective requirements traceability, and drive informed decision making throughout the program. #LI-CS1
