Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence. The Electro-Mechanical Technician is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure seamless production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Electro-Mechanical Technician or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools, hand tools, and testing equipment
  • Strong understanding of PLCs, motor controls, and electrical systems
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy materials, and work in a manufacturing environment

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of Electro-Mechanical systems and equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance and identify potential issues
  • Replace or repair components such as motors, sensors, wiring, and circuit boards
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical problems
  • Document all maintenance and repair work, including parts used and work performed
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Provide input on equipment upgrades and preventive maintenance schedules
