About The Position

Provide support in maintaining manufacturing equipment, including pneumatic systems, fixtures and tooling, drills, label printers, catheter inkjet printers, crimpers, and other production equipment. Execute calibration procedures and ensure timely completion of all calibration verifications, with proper documentation. Troubleshoot and repair equipment, document their completion, perform preventive maintenance, and document all work according to schedule. Assist and collaborate with Engineering and fellow technicians on fixture qualifications for new/existing equipment as required, including collection of data, and supporting design of new equipment or equipment modifications. Perform testing and calibration of sensors and catheters. Solder PCBs for both finished goods and test equipment.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in e lectronics, e lectrical e ngineering t echnology, m echatronics, or a related technical discipline - or equivalent military training , certifications , or collegiate coursework.
  • 2+ years of experience as an e lectro- m echanical or e lectronics t echnician .
  • Proficiency with electronic test equipment and soldering tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical assemblies and mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Proficien cy in Microsoft Office 365 or other software for documentation and reporting.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with programmable controllers, embedded systems, or automated equipment is a plus.
