About The Position

Join a Precision-Driven Team at BRECOflex CO., L.L.C. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electro ‑ Mechanical Technician III to join our Maintenance Department in a full ‑ time, onsite role. This position is essential to supporting both emergent and planned maintenance activities across our facility. As an Electro ‑ Mechanical Technician III, you will perform a wide range of electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks, support preventive maintenance activities through our CMMS system, and help drive continuous improvement throughout the facility. This hands ‑ on role requires strong technical expertise, the ability to troubleshoot complex industrial equipment, and a proactive approach to problem ‑ solving.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of broad maintenance experience across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and industrial equipment troubleshooting.
  • Experience in preventive maintenance and hands ‑ on involvement with industrial automation equipment.
  • Ability to operate forklift, scissor lift, and use major hand and power tools.
  • Experience with fabrication and fixture construction.
  • Strong understanding of technical terminology, vendor resources, and comfort navigating catalogs/websites.
  • Experience with maintenance/work order software; Eptura CMMS familiarity is a plus.
  • A collaborative mindset, professionalism, and the ability to work independently or as part of cross ‑ disciplinary teams.
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general facility and machine maintenance as assigned through PM database and weekly checklists.
  • Conduct facility repairs including lighting, plumbing, minor HVAC, roof repairs, compressed air systems, fire systems, and dust collectors.
  • Execute machine repair and upgrades such as electrical work (120V–480V), motor controls, calibrations, testing breakers/transformers, hydraulics, piping, pumps, filtration systems, and PLC troubleshooting.
  • Assist with production fixturing, equipment relocations, and vendor support.
  • Maintain organization of shop tools and follow all quality system procedures.
  • Partner closely with external vendors and provide guidance when coordinating repair or maintenance work.
  • Maintain shop organization, quality compliance, and clear communication with management on operational needs and improvement ideas.
