Position: Full-Time Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician Training: Initial training on 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) then shift moves to 9:00AM - 5:00PM

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Maintenance Mechanic Journeyman papers or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems (AC and DC currents) and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read wire diagrams and knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in machining and mechanical tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a positive attitude under pressure.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working on your feet for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• Welding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and fix electrical and mechanical issues with equipment and facilities.
• Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
• Installation & Relocation: Install and relocate presses and other machinery as needed.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and manage computer programs for audits and documentation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members to address equipment concerns and provide technical guidance.
• Facility Maintenance: Perform minor repairs and offer advice on major facility modifications.
