This position requires ability to be responsible for installation, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of facility equipment, plant and associated systems. In this function you will: Perform troubleshooting, corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance on plant equipment. Monitor equipment proper function via routine inspection and daily observation. Perform routine preventive Maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including motors, conveyors, mechanical parts, electrical wiring, and related components. Conduct basic electrical troubleshooting, including work with AC, DC circuits, single-phase and three-phase power. Adhere to and follow all safety rules, procedures, and regulations. Document and report any issues to your supervisor. Actively participate in safety committees and initiatives as assigned. Maintain and provide timely records of work performed, including completing work orders and document usage of spare parts daily. Maintain and secure tools and repair equipment. Maintain/clean work areas. Communicate equipment/plant status as required. Operate a variety of lifts etc. Work with Operations team members and leaders in work area to ensure uptime on equipment and repairs complete and effective with operations team. Share learnings and train/cross train with coworkers to ensure knowledge is shared by maintenance team. Other duties as assigned.
