Our footprint spans resin, paper, molded fiber, aluminum, and more—supporting 120 product categories, 250 brands, and 39,000+ SKUs. What You’ll Do Perform precise mold changeovers. Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems using diagrams, OEM manuals, and engineering specs. Disassemble/replace faulty parts with hoists, hand tools, and power tools; assess form/texture to validate wear. Measure and verify tolerances with rules, calipers, and micrometers. Execute preventive maintenance and thorough cleaning on equipment. Maintain strict compliance with OSHA, Federal, Local, and plant safety standards. Apply hands-on knowledge of plant utilities like chillers and compressors. Report mold/equipment defects to leadership promptly. Document actions, anomalies, and follow-ups to ensure seamless shift-to-shift continuity. Complete assigned training requirements. Support additional maintenance tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent plus technical training.
  • Minimum 4 years in a maintenance mechanic/technician role within manufacturing.
  • Forklift operation experience.
  • Clear English communication (written/verbal) and computer literacy for documentation.
  • Personally supplied maintenance tools.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Availability for overtime, including weekends, as required.
