We are looking for a highly skilled Electro-Mechanical Machine Assembly Manager to lead our assembly operations and ensure the seamless integration of electrical and mechanical components into our complex machinery.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage production schedules to meet delivery deadlines and optimize resource allocation.
  • Establish and enforce quality standards, oversee inspections, and identify defects or non-conforming parts.
  • Diagnose complex system issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Manage and supervise a team of electro-mechanical assemblers, providing training and performance evaluations.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize assembly processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Requirements

  • Several years in electro-mechanical assembly, with supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial automation environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • In-depth understanding of electrical and mechanical components, wiring diagrams, motor controls, power systems, pneumatics, and industrial automation.
  • Expertise in quality control methodologies and lean manufacturing practices.
