About The Position

Join a Precision-Driven Team at BRECOflex CO., L.L.C. BRECOflex is seeking a high-potential Electro-Mechanical Lead to join our Maintenance team. This role is ideal for an experienced electro-mechanical professional who enjoys working hands-on with industrial equipment and is ready to grow into a leadership role. You’ll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly while developing the skills needed to advance into supervision or management within the next 2–3 years. What You’ll Do Perform hands-on electrical and mechanical maintenance, including troubleshooting, repairs, and planned work Lead and support maintenance technicians, setting expectations for safety, quality, and performance Manage preventive maintenance activities using a CMMS Troubleshoot industrial equipment quickly and independently to minimize downtime Promote a strong safety culture, EHS compliance, and proactive concern-raising Ensure the maintenance team has the tools, materials, and support needed for daily operations Track and manage maintenance KPIs aligned with department and company goals Coach, influence, and develop team members to deliver against business objectives What You Bring Education: Bachelor’s Degree accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, operations, or supervision) 3–5 years in a manufacturing or production environment Solid understanding of engineering concepts and maintenance repair methods Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Leadership experience (work, military, or academic) Proficient with CMMS and Microsoft Office Strong communication and problem-solving skills High emotional intelligence (EQ) and team-oriented mindset Preferred Lean Manufacturing and/or ISO 9001 experience Background in industrial, packaging, or drive-component manufacturing Project management experience Experience with data analysis or basic programming Work Environment Ability to lift up to 50lbs Manual dexterity and strong hand-eye coordination Manufacturing environment with varying temperatures Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $33/hr –$36/hr (based on experience) FREE Medical Coverage for Employees Dental, Vision, Disability & Life Insurance Flexible Spending & Health Savings Accounts Employer-Paid Life Insurance Generous Time Off Policy 401(k) with Company Match Employee Assistance Program (EAP) FREE Snacks Our Mission To deliver innovative, high quality solutions through trusted partnerships, empowered people and a culture of excellence that drives performance and value across every market we serve Ready to Apply? Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, operations, or supervision)
  • 3–5 years in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Solid understanding of engineering concepts and maintenance repair methods
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Leadership experience (work, military, or academic)
  • Proficient with CMMS and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and team-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Lean Manufacturing and/or ISO 9001 experience
