Requirements
- Steady hands / dexterity under scope
- Read and communicate in English a plus
- Follow established procedures
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Willingness to learn
- Basic computer skills
- Past experience under microscope w/fine details
- Must be able to lift 35lbs
- Must be able to perform bench work and standing periodically throughout the day
Responsibilities
- Perform bonding operations on small components
- Perform back etching operations
- Perform sorting (trim etch) operations
- Perform fine wire shaping and forming operations
- Perform grading operations
- Perform gage matching operations
- Perform wanding operations
- Perform boxing of passed strain gages, individual and matched sets
- Apply Lean principles for daily continuous improvements
