Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in the United States.
• Intern must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions.
• Effectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Exhibit the capability to manage several tasks at once while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Collaborate with team members to convey ideas, share information, and provide updates on project progress.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production inefficiencies by monitoring cycle times and workflow performance.
• Recommend and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and throughput.
• Apply lean tools (spaghetti diagrams, line balancing, kaizen, 5S, standardized work) to reduce waste.
• Conduct root cause analysis using Pareto charts and cause‑and‑effect diagrams.
• Develop sustainable solutions to prevent recurrence and optimize processes.
• Deliver clear, data‑driven weekly reports to site management.
• Drive change by fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
