Responsibilities

  • Carry out electrical compliancy including EICR's, EICR remedial works including consumer unit replacements, emergency lighting, day to day reactive repairs and full rewires.
  • Ensure that the work carried out meets high-quality standards.
  • Complete tasks efficiently and on schedule.
  • Provide friendly, professional, flexible and helpful service to clients and residents.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of electrical systems to conduct maintenance, fault-finding, and diagnostics on existing systems.
  • Experience of working on planned maintenance and reactive emergency works within the Local Authority/Social Housing sector.
  • NVQ L3/AM2.
  • Qualified to 18th Edition (or later).
