This role requires a skilled electrician to troubleshoot and maintain mechanical and electrical systems in a dynamic airport environment.

Requirements

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Valid DL preferred
• 5+ years’ electrical experience
• Ability to understand blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, control panels, and mechanical components
• Basic Computer skills.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions
• Ability to be badged to work in secure areas of an airport.
• Ability to work Day or Night Shift including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repair on electrical systems and equipment, including wiring, control systems, motors, and other components
• Respond to emergency repair requests quickly and efficiently diagnose and resolve issues.
• Operate various measuring, diagnostic, and testing instruments.
• Make standard computations relating to load requirements of wiring and electrical equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections; Enter all information into CMMS systems.
• Comply with company safety program and trainings.
• Work productively and cohesively in a diverse and multicultural environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
