About The Position

FIFO Electrician 14&14 $106,696 Gross + $1,500 Annual Retention + Allowances + Super Access to a wide variety of training & career development to support your workplace goals Full PPE, Flights, Accommodation and Chef-made Meals provided $1,500 Annual Retention Bonus plus other allowances Delta FM are seeking 1 Maintenance Electrician to join our existing DeltaFM Rio Hope Downs team on an even time days only roster. This site is one of the newest additions to the portfolio, having opened in July 2025. You’ll be joining an established team of 8, with a permanent room and a back to back team member. FIFO from Perth Airport, to Newman. The ideal applicant will be able to commence the recruitment process now, for a March/April 2026 start date. THE PERSON: WA Unrestricted Electrical Licence (or working towards) Full C Class Drivers Licence, White Card CPR + LVR & Police Check within 12 months Pass a Pre-Employment Medical including Drug & Alcohol Screening Able to undergo Rio In-Person training before mobilisation to site Living in WA and able to FIFO from Perth Airport THE POSITION Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring continuity of essential Building and Engineering services in a complex environment Typical work day includes working on planned & preventative maintenance, attending and assessing breakdowns, fault finding troubleshooting including test, tag, isolating etc Working in remote Accommodation Villages including Temporary and Permanent Housing, Commercial Kitchens, Dining Rooms, Laundry, Office Buildings etc. Additional Allowances available such as On Call Allowance, 3 Hour Min call out at penalty rates when required, Nominee Allowance, Leading Hand Allowance if applicable THE BENEFITS Fortnightly Pay with Above Award Wages, 25 Days of Annual. Requirements

WA Unrestricted Electrical Licence (or working towards)
