You Are: A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work. Your Have: Experience on construction sites. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ. Your Location: Our Office: 206 Mount Hermon Rd, Scotts Valley, CA 95066 We also have locations in Santa Cruz & Campbell Your Clients: Projects located in the area Your Schedule: Full Time (40hrs/Wk) Mon-Fri from 7:30am-3:30pm + opportunity for overtime Your Manager: Josh Fisher & Paul Huerta Alpha Omega Electric's Core Values: We are a team of local professionals committed to excellence in everything we do. Your Contribution to Alpha Omega Electric: Install/Maintain/Repair electrical systems (new/retro) Read and Interpret blueprints Advanced troubleshooting of electrical issues Follow safety rules and regulations Communication with clients and team members Project Estimates + Upselling Opportunities Maintain clean, organized job site Mentor apprentices as needed

Requirements

EV charger installs, sub-panels, residential rewiring, & troubleshooting (REQUIRED)
5+ years of licensed RESIDENTIAL electrician experience (REQUIRED)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions
Experience with high-end residential electrical work
Authorized to work in the US
Must be fluent in English
