Requirements

2+ years of experience as an electrical service technician or a similar role
Proficient in residential electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, circuit breakers, transformers, and troubleshooting
A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional attitude
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

Perform residential electrical work, including electrical control systems, wiring, lighting, outlets, and panel upgrades
Conduct regular maintenance tasks and troubleshooting to ensure electrical systems remain functional and efficient
Inspect, diagnose, and replace electrical equipment, wiring, or fixtures to ensure systems are working correctly
Inspect and perform corrective maintenance on circuit breakers and transformers to keep systems safe and operational
Engage with customers to explain issues, solutions, and outcomes while recommending products and services for optimal system performance
