About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Electrician with a background in mechatronics, electrical technology, or a related field to join our growing automation team. This role supports the design, assembly, installation, and troubleshooting of electrical systems used in industrial robotics and automated manufacturing equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build hands-on experience in robotics, controls, and advanced manufacturing environments.

Requirements

• Associate degree or certificate in Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, circuits, and industrial components
• Ability to read and follow electrical schematics (training provided if needed)
• Internship or hands-on experience in manufacturing, automation, or robotics
• Familiarity with hand and power tools used in electrical work
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to PLCs (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens)
• Basic understanding of sensors, motors, and control systems
• OSHA safety training or similar certifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in wiring, assembling, and installing electrical components for robotic cells and automated systems
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings
• Support the build and integration of control panels, including PLC-based systems
• Perform basic troubleshooting of electrical and control system issues
• Work alongside engineers and senior electricians during system startups and testing
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and complies with applicable electrical codes
• Help document builds, updates, and modifications to systems
