You will work alongside experienced electricians to learn installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems throughout our manufacturing facility. If you are mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and eager to learn, this is your opportunity to enter a high-demand skilled trade. What You’ll Do Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of: Industrial wiring and conduit Motors, drives, and control systems Electrical panels and distribution equipment Production machinery and facility systems Use electrical testing equipment and hand/power tools Support troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical failures Read and work from basic blueprints, schematics, and work instructions (as training progresses) Follow all plant safety and lockout/tagout procedures Maintain clean and organized work areas Participate in on-the-job training and skill development through the union program

Responsibilities

  • Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of: Motors, drives, and control systems
  • Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of: Electrical panels and distribution equipment
  • Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of: Production machinery and facility systems
  • Use electrical testing equipment and hand/power tools
  • Support troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical failures
  • Read and work from basic blueprints, schematics, and work instructions (as training progresses)
  • Follow all plant safety and lockout/tagout procedures
