This role involves working in a variety of settings including handling new construction projects and installing equipment for clients in Gainesville, Georgia, and surrounding areas (we keep you close to home most days).

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in commercial and/or industrial work.
• Solid knowledge of the NEC – and you know how to read plans, adept at spotting issues, and solving problems fast.
• Comfortable working at heights and in hot and cold environments (you bring the grit).
• Safety-first mindset – you never cut corners on lockout/tagout, PPE, or best practices.
• Reliable ride, GA driver's license, and drug-free (we test to keep everyone safe).
• Clean driving record for Company provided vehicles

Nice To Haves

• Experience with industrial controls, generators, fire alarms, low-voltage systems, or prefab work.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and upgrade electrical systems that keep businesses humming– from 120V to 480V industrial panels to smart lighting.
• Measure, cut, thread, bend and install conduit, pull wire, terminate panels, switchboards, disconnects, and rough in walls and ceilings.
• Work on challenging projects: manufacturing plants, data centers, medical offices, food manufacturing, warehouse and new construction.
• Operate machinery such as forklifts, aerial lifts, boom lifts, excavators, and skid steers.
• Collaborate with a tight-knit crew that actually communicates. (No lone-wolf drama)
• Finish strong: Leave every job site cleaner than you found it and be proud of your work.
