Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of residential electrical field experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of excellent customer service
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism
• Clean driving record
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Nice To Haves

• Any relevant certifications or electrical licenses are a plus
• Generator installation and service experience is a plus
• Additional trade certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential electrical systems
• Perform service repairs, installations, and upgrades
• Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding findings and solutions
• Provide accurate estimates and explain pricing
• Work independently from a fully stocked service vehicle
• Maintain high standards of safety, professionalism, and efficiency
• Ensure customer satisfaction on every job
