Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED; college preferred.
• 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical prints.
• Knowledge of 3 phase motors and circuits.
• Understanding of wire VFD's, PLC's, relays, contactors, and transformers.
• Efficient with basic hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret production schedules and equipment manuals.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in gate housings.
• Ensure wiring complies with electrical codes.
• Build control panels per drawings and mount components on sub panels.
• Measure and pull wire to install on sub panels and into electrical boxes.
• Install wired electrical boxes into mechanical housings.
• Fit parts accurately to high quality standards.
• Perform any other roles and responsibilities as determined by the supervisor or manager.
