As an Electrician at Sibelco, you will play a vital role in maintaining and optimizing our plant’s electrical and mechanical systems to ensure smooth and efficient production. Your Impact in This Role As a Electrician, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Maintaining electrical and mechanical equipment to optimize plant operations Scheduling and documenting preventive maintenance on conveying systems and rotating equipment Troubleshooting, installing, and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic production equipment Upgrading production lines with new technologies and equipment Managing electrical spare parts inventory and stocking levels Supporting preventive maintenance programs for mechanical and electrical systems Performing detailed electrical troubleshooting and repairs What You Bring to the Table Minimum 1 year of industrial electrical experience Proficiency in 480VAC / Low voltage DC troubleshooting Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in task completion Experience with conveyors, air cylinders, diverters, sensors, motor/speed controls Ability to work independently under limited supervision Familiarity with electrical schematics and systems including level probes, flow meters, drives/VFDs, switches, starters, fuses, relays, and frequency drives Benefits Medical Insurance Prescription Drug Benefits Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Disability Insurance Critical Illness Insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Why Join Us? Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of industrial electrical experience
  • Proficiency in 480VAC / Low voltage DC troubleshooting
  • Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in task completion
  • Experience with conveyors, air cylinders, diverters, sensors, motor/speed controls
  • Ability to work independently under limited supervision
  • Familiarity with electrical schematics and systems including level probes, flow meters, drives/VFDs, switches, starters, fuses, relays, and frequency drives
