Electrician: Residential Foreman
About The Position
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Residential WORKING Foreman to lead our residential construction team. This role is for someone who can confidently run residential projects, lead and inspire a crew, and ensure work is done with excellence on high-end custom homes and remodels. As a Residential Foreman, youll be responsible for project execution, team oversight, and communication with both internal teams and general contractors. Youll work closely with Project Managers, Coordinators, field electricians, and office staff. This leadership position requires someone who leads by example and brings a positive, solutions-focused presence to the job site.
Requirements
- Are task-focused and able to create clear, actionable steps to meet jobsite goals
- Have strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve issues accurately and efficiently
- Communicate clearly with electricians, general contractors, and internal teams
- Have a solid understanding of NEC code and residential electrical systems
- Can lift 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work on scaffolding
- Maintain a valid drivers license and insurable driving record
- Have at least 2 years of experience running residential jobs
- Track materials and labor usage with precision
- Prioritize safety at all times on the job site

- Have 5+ years of experience leading projects of similar or larger scale
- Can plan, implement, and deliver projects on schedule
- Take initiative and bring innovative solutions to jobsite challenges
- Have a strong sense of urgency and follow-through
