Holm Electric is seeking an experienced Electrical Service Manager to lead our service team. We are looking for a dependable, knowledgeable, and motivated professional who can provide top -quality electrical service while managing and mentoring a team of electricians.

Oversee and coordinate electrical service operations for residential and commercial projects
Manage and schedule service calls, ensuring timely and efficient completion
Provide technical guidance and support to service electricians
Diagnose electrical issues accurately and develop effective solutions
Ensure all work meets safety standards, code compliance, and company quality expectations
Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service
Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster growth and performance

Journeyman Electrician license (or equivalent experience/certifications)
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical problems
Leadership and managerial experience in a service or trade environment
Excellent organizational and scheduling skills
Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
