About The Position

The Electrician/PLC Troubleshooter position at Randstad involves performing maintenance and troubleshooting tasks for electrical and mechanical systems in an industrial setting. Requirements

• 3 years of experience as an industrial electrician
• Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot HMI's (C-more from automation direct)
• Troubleshoot machinery via PLC
• Troubleshoot and repair all electrical and mechanical failures on machinery and industrial equipment
• Understand electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics to assist in installation and troubleshooting
• Install and troubleshoot low and medium voltage power systems
• Familiar with laser, encoders, photo eye, prox, limit switches, and relay logic
• Design, wire, and install low voltage control systems
• Troubleshoot issues with 80-ton chiller, cooling tower system
• Troubleshoot issues for 2ea 50hp air compressors
• Install and troubleshoot Commercial and Industrial Electric
• Size wire, conduit, and panels in accordance with NEC
