In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the operation of our facility and production equipment by overseeing, reviewing, and signing off on electrical work. You will be responsible for day-to-day troubleshooting, repairs, preventative maintenance, and process improvements. You will also provide guidance and coaching to our Electrical Shop and Team. Requirements

• Experience supervising electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors
• Valid Master Electrician license in the state of Minnesota.
• Exceptional knowledge of electrical systems, circuitry, and equipment.
• PLC certified or demonstrates the ability to troubleshoot, program, configure and install PLC processors and components.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to determine appropriate solutions.
• Ability to successfully implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Ability to plan, estimate materials, and manage electrical projects from start to finish
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime or on‑call rotations as required.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, lockout/tagout, and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Exercise a high degree of professionalism when responding to internal and external customer concerns, repairs and installations of equipment.
• Perform electrical work such as preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of equipment related to electrical, controls, and PLC, assisting in the integration, start-up, and debug of new or moved equipment, and constructing and modifying new and existing electrical circuits and distribution equipment following NEC requirements.
• Support the development of technician skills through training and coaching to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards and adherence to procedures.
• Maintain accurate equipment repair/modification documentation and update equipment files.
